Frequently Asked Questions
What size wiper blades does a Mercedes-AMG CLK63 take?
The C209 Coupe and A209 Convertible CLK63 (2006-2009) take a 22 inch (550mm) blade on both the driver and passenger side. The same pair fits both body styles.
Does the Mercedes-AMG CLK63 have a rear wiper?
No, the Mercedes-AMG CLK63 does not have a rear wiper blade. This model is fitted with two front wiper blades only, which can be confirmed in the specifications on the product page.
What wiper connector does the Mercedes-AMG CLK63 use?
The CLK63 uses a pin lock connector, where a pin on the side of the wiper arm locks into the blade adaptor. Blades with a J-hook adaptor will not fit without the correct adaptor.
Does the CLK63 use the same wiper blades as the CLK55?
The CLK63 takes the same matched 22 inch (550mm) pin lock pair as the C209 and A209 CLK55. It does not share blades with the older C208 CLK55, which uses a single 24 inch (600mm) blade.
How often should I replace Mercedes-AMG CLK63 wiper blades?
Mercedes-AMG CLK63 wiper blades should generally be replaced every 12 months, or sooner if they streak, smear or chatter. If new blades still streak, the arm springs on these older cars may have weakened and are worth checking.
